Description: About 5 feet tall he has long hair that is almost pitch black. He wears primitive clothes that he made himself with random junk he finds lying around.

Hometown: Unknown as he was lost as a child.

History: When Ian was only 4 years old he was on a cruise with his parents when a storm hit. As the lifeboats were leaving roll call showed that he was missing and still on the ship. The ship luckily enough sank nearby a shore and Ian was saved by some swimming Magikarps. He could speak enough english to get around with humans but he was in a pokemon only zone. No towns or cities for miles. He was taken in by a friendly family of two Swamperts with two baby Mudkips. One day Ian was wandering around with his best friend Aron when he saw a pokemon trainer in a wild pokemon encounter. Enraged by what he saw as a human trying to beat up a helpless pokemon he rushed over to help. With Aron's help he chased off the trainer and noticed a poke ball on the ground. He and Aron decided to play catch with it when suddenly he acidentally captured Aron! All the pokemon saw this happen and started yelling at him. Living with pokemon so long he could understand their basic meaning. He was banished forever. At the nearest town a very strange place called Pewter City he tried getting help from anyone on how to free Aron from his prison. Finally he got the ball open and also learned what it meant. He owned his best friend. We have reached the present where he is having a major dilemma of what's right or wrong. His whole life is arguing against itself.

Personality: He's very shy because he's not used to people but may answer if he doesn't sense bad intent. He is pokemon like in many ways so he acts oddly. He may try communicating with pokemon.
