Trainer of Magikarp is coming to Pallet Town!

Name: Arthur
Age: 10
Gender: Male
Description: Approximately 4' 7". Wears green jacket with Pokeball on it, a red cap with Pokeball on it, and jeans. Carries a tan backpack with sleeping bags strapped on, similar to a hiker's bag, but lighter. Eyes are brown. Black hair, and it pokes out around the edges of the cap. Underneath the jacket is a black shirt with "Magikarp!" on it.
Hometown: Twinleaf Town. Arthur recently moved to Pallet Town a few days ago to explore the Kanto Region.
History: Arthur was never really interested in Pokemon until age 7. While he was playing by the riverside, he saw a fisherman. The fisherman looked brutal. Arthur soon found out that he was. The fisherman caught a small red fish called a Magikarp. Arthur was happy for the fisherman, but the fisherman muttered something about "darn Magikarp these days" and kicked the Magikarp back into the water. Something inside Arthur snapped at that moment. Arthur rushed forward and pushed the fisherman into the water. Suddenly, the Magikarp that was kicked into the water began to evolve. It turned into a Gyarados. The newly evolved Gyarados Hyper-Beamed the fisherman, who sank underneath the water. Not wanting to be a murderer, Arthur quickly dived into the water to search for the fisherman, but the fisherman was gone. So, Arthur became close friends with the Gyarados. 3 years later, it was Arthur's birthday. He was turning 10, and thus, he knew now that the Gyarados that he had been friends with for so long would finally be his. He rushed to Professor Oak's lab and asked for a Poke-Ball. With the Poke-Ball in his hand, he rushed to the river where he played with Gyarados for so long. However, something was wrong. Arthur saw Pokemon Poachers nearby. Worried for his friend Gyarados, he ran to Professor Oak and asked for a starter. He chose a Turtwig, then dashed back to the river. The Poachers had guns. Then, they saw Arthur. One of the Poachers threw a Poke-Ball out. A Mightyena sprang out. Arthur knew he couldn't defeat the Mightyena. So, he did the thing that came to mind. He swam across the river and then punched the Poachers' lights out. Then, Arthur caught Gyarados in his Poke-Ball. Impressed with his strong will and boldness, an Ursaring walked out of the forest. Arthur did have one more Poke-Ball in his bag. After a quick battle of Gyarados versus Ursaring, Arthur caught the Ursaring as well. The 4 of them: Gyarados, Ursaring, Turtwig, and Arthur became best friends. They have never lost a battle since.
Personality: Friendly and trusting but is hot-headed and will rush into things. He is very hasty when attempting to accomplish something, and if he fails, he can get quite aggressive. When he knows that he will fail, he resorts to punching the opponent, unless he/she is a close friend.
Pokemon Team: Gyarados (definitely knows Hyper Beam), Ursaring, and Turtwig.
