While asleep,Mike heard someone entering his room.After that his mom removed the curtains with a sharp sweep and the sun flashed in Mike's face.He yelled annoyed and rubbed his eyes.Than he opened them and yawned out loud.He stood up and asked his mom."What do we have for breakfast?"She answered him."I have made pancakes with jam,chocolate and cream.You have to hurry,unless you want to wait another year to start your journey."Than she smiled and walked out of the room.Mike changed up and took his bag and Growlithe's Pokeball.She was still asleep so he awakened her and got out.After that he went downstairs and sat on the table.He took a few pancakes and put chocolate and cream on them.His mom took a bowl and poured some of the Pokemon food for Growlithe..After a few bites Mike decided that he isn't hungry and waited for Growlithe to finish with her meal.Mike hugged his mom,she stroked her and they got out.

It was early in the morning and the Dodrio were still screaming as a wake-up call.Mike and Growlithe started walking towards the lab which was like 100-200 ft from his house.As he stopped in front of the door he knocked a few times and waited for an answer.

::As you wait with the promise of a great day with sun shining and most of the snow melted from the previous day as you wait outside while the sun rises into the sky and waiting forthe great professor to let him in out of the morning coldness which would soon be over for the heat of the sun would wisk it away. Finally the door opened showing a light from the inner hollow inside as it looked like the light was at a weird glow the door opened even farther and you see the light cascaded through the door as well as a shining face it was the Professor he had finally answered the knock in which wasmade. "Yes and how may I help you and your cute growlithe?" He said with happiness for it was cute to see a trainer and his pokemon.

As the good professor opens it wider letting you come in out of the morning coolness into the lab which was a mix between warm and cold in certain spots as he emmits you into the building letting you enter.::
