She wears a red shirt with a brown jacket, brown skort, red legwarmers, boots and a belt where she could stash away any future items and pokeballs. on her left hand she wears a ring which is really a ditto.

Background:
She lived with her adoptive mother and grandfather since she was 4 years old (origins and life before unknown). her mother had a great distaste for Pokemon and told her to stay away from them though no matter how Tsuru asked she could never get a straight answer as to why. For many years she had lived her live not really even knowing what a Pokemon truly was. That is until one morning she saw a strange figure in the woods near her school. Curious she stayed hoping to catch another glimpse of it but tried to heed her mother’s words about dangerous creatures there. But before she knew it she had strayed into the woods where it waited. Though the view was mostly obstructed by the branches of the bush she hid behind, she stared in awe at the creature before her. What was it? Was this what was called a Pokemon? She wanted a closer look. It spotted her and their eyes met for a brief second before it floated away and disappeared. It’s calm mystical eyes were somehow comforting and oddly familiar and forever engraved in her memory. Since then she was hooked. She borrowed books on Pokemon from her friends in hopes of getting closer to the one she met.
Meeting Effingo:
Of course Due to her mother she could not get near any Pokemon let alone befriend one. Then when she was 9, she went with her grandfather to Viridian City to help him with his errands. her mother stayed behind and they set off to the neighboring town. She loved being with her grandfather. He always told her stories of when he was a trainer and supported her love for Pokemon. When they were about half way there he stopped and rummaged through his pocket. “What is it Grandpa?” she asked. He mearly smiled and held out his hand revealing a small pokeball. “It’s an early 10th birthday present.” he replied. Tsuru looked at him puzzled but accepted the pokeball though not really thinking anything would be inside. She pressed the button and a flash of light escaped, startling Tsuru. The light faded and took shape as a blue blob with a small face. She stared with a mixture of amazement and curiosity. "that"s a ditto right?... aren't they pink?" she asked. "Yeah, this is an odd one called a shiny Pokemon. I found'm caught in a trap and he followed me. I'm far to old now to care for and train it. Why don't you take'm?" He rambled. She smiled and thanked him for he gave her the perfect Pokemon for her current lifestyle. From then on when in front of her mother her ditto would become some sort of inanimate object (most often a ring). She named it Effingo based on it’s ability to copy.
Personality: her no. 1 goal is to find out what the first Pokemon she saw was and thinks that if she becomes a respectable trainer it will appear again someday. She is a bit impatient and hot tempered but is bright, loyal and friendly. She is also blunt and rarely does not speaks her mind. She holds her grandfather in the highest regard.
