It was a beautiful day in the rocket base, if you used Giovanni’s definition of a “beautiful day”. Those kinds of days were sunny in the beginning, with lots of chirping Pidgeys, sunbathing Sudowoodos, and picnicking humans. Then, contrary to what every weather forecaster had predicted, it would suddenly rain. The Pidgey would shut up, the Sudowoodo would run for cover, and the picnickers would curse the forecasters.

to bad he couldn't enjoy such things. his mind was on other things. one being the falure at Vermion cty. How saroya and her new friend, Lowell had run circles around everyone. Right now all of his lackys where working double time to improve there faluts. Giovanni rubbed his still sore eye. "Stupid little..." The man went on. Still angry at what the boy had done. Right now though he had to work on something else...

Giovanni continued his walk. His cane echoing down the hallway. Other employs run quickly into they're offices at the sound. The man stopped at a corner. He signaled for a near by runt to stop. " #6709 did you hear that?"

"Hear what sir?" The runt questioned.

"Hmp, idiot." Giovanni slammed his cane into the top vent, causing a large hole to appear, letting a girl fall from the vent.

Saroya did a quick flip and landed on her feet. "Not bad old man. How did you find me?"

"You where sleeping, did anyone tell you that you snore?" Giovanni chuckled.

"haha, very funny you old fart. Can we just get this over with?"

"Fine, Gaurds! Get her!" Saroya rolled her eyes.

"I ment a pokemon battle but what ever. Seeyah!" The girl ripped out a smoke bomb and smashed it into the ground causing a blast of black smoke.

"Shit! Find her!" Giovanni yelled out to his lackys, but by the time the smoke cleared she was already gone.

"Damnit!" Giovanni swore after 3 hours of serching the base. He just couldn't understand that child. How she found it fun to put herself in dangers wake.

"I'll get you someday Saroya. I swear it." The man muttered and continued into a large lab room. He traced over many test tubes and stoped at a large clone contaner. Inside was, a black and red pikachu. His greatest achivement with any other pokemon. This Pikachu could do, Fire, Shadow and electric attacks. Quite the combo. "#578 Is the pikachu ready yet?"

"No sir. It will be soon though."

"Fine, but hurry up!"

The rocket leader continued to watch all of his experiments, each with there own special ability. Finally he arrived at what would be his best experiment. The man looked at the broken capsal. Where a special Shinx would have been kept.

"Damn you Saroya. That pokemon would have changed everything. That pokemon could share its, speed, power and even attacks with its trainer. Then you came and stole it..."

The man angrily smashed his fist into a wall. In a serious way mourning the loss.
