History: A long time ago in the Town of Akatsuki (A-cots-ski) an enraged Raikou came reigning down with a storm following. The lightning destroyed entire buildings. Kyle's dad bailed on Kyle's 4th birthday, and never even said he was leaving. Later, while the Raikou was attacking, his dad came back, with one of the very first Master Balls. He threw it as Raikou struck him with a Thunder attack. His dad died the second the Master Clicked to approve capture...

Personality: Kyle is kind of the silent type, other than when it comes to battling. He loves to make friends, but if you're a stranger, he acts like a loner. He loves fire-type pokemon and dreams to be a poke'mon master.

What my coworker is trying to say is edit your post and make it more your own and don't use one-liners in the post if you need look at the successful applications that have been passed and make yours as long as theres, but also make it your very own trainer. Add your imagination and ideas and don't forget your details! In short use your imagination, creativity, and make it original to yourself making it your own trainer and different from the rest don't be shy or afraid to make it different and mold it to yourself so go back t othe drawing board and edit your post making it as long as it should be!
