His other set of clothing is his city clothing which is essentially the same but with battered jeans and converses instead of shorts and boots.

Hometown: He and his family used to live out in a heavily wooded area just north of New Bark Town before moving to Saffron City following a job offer for his father.

He and his brother were both used to having free reign of the woods around their house, so this move removed them form their natural element placing them in clinical and professional environment. Longing to relive the adventure and excitement of his earlier childhood, he decided to journey around the world; having as much fun as he could along the way.
