After branching off from Skyler on their way to pewter, Scrappy soon came across a rather large rive. "A river, Quills! I bet there are tons of pokemon around here." He said smiling up to the small Cyndaquil on his head. Quills squeaked before jumping down and running ahead of Scrappy. "Alright, then let's try and catch a water type, pal!" Scrappy said laughing at his pokemon's excitement.

Before you even put a rod into the water, a seadra burst from the water, growling with a watergun bursting from it's mouth and at quills.

quills was caught off guard at was blasted into a nearby tree. "Quills!" Scrapy yelled looking back at his pokemon. It slowly got up from the ground, flinching. "Your, okay, buddy! use flamethrower, now!" Scrappy commanded, pointing at the seadra.

The seadra lughed at the attack. Suddenly, 3 garados csme out of the wate, blasting it with a hyper beam. They seemed angry at the seadra. after that, a croconaw ran up to quills and hugged Quills.

Scrappy took a step back at the sudden rush of water types. Quills was also shocked as the croconaw jumped up at him. "Erm...quills? Do you know it?" He asked. Quills looked up at him and sniffed before wiggling free of the pokemon.
