Description: Phil's Eyes are blue, like the skies. He travels in a long cloak with a suit made of cotten. His suit colour is black and his cloak is white. He has sun glasses that protect his eyes so he says, but they are more for personal looks. His hair is Brown with a spiky style. He wears 2 white gloves and has a pair of black shoes. On his left ear he has a mark that was given to him by a wild pokemon (more explained in history) that he encountered very young. Phil always carries around a Cane to help him walk as when phil walks, his leg feels pain every step (explained in history).

Hometown: Violet City

History: From the Age of 6, Phil was abandoned by his Mother. Her last words were "seek out your own destiny" as she leaves him outside the Ruins Of Alphs main office. There a Man looked at him and saw that there was a child roaming around. He shouts out and Phil Startles. Phil looks up and the man takes him in asking where his parents are. Phils only reply was that they left him. The mans heart melted, and decided to take him home to his wife. From there Phil was to live in Violet City, just by the Ruins Of Alph.

At the age of 15, Phil was one of the top Researchers of the Ruins. Helping solve the many problems of the Unknown. He even started to look at other problems, including Fossils, Legends and even Pokemon. All things Facinated him, and he was enjoying his new life. Unfortunatly, this did not last.

One day during a walk round one of the Ruined Temples. Phil saw a Injured Natu on the floor. He ran quickly towards it and the Natu startled and Pecked Phil on his Ear. Phil startled back as he felt Blood from the ear. But Phil did not get angry, He grabbed a Potion from his belt and sprayed it on the Natu. The Natu stared at Phil and looked down as a way of saying sorry. After that Phil laughed and picked the Natu up and placed him on his shoulders. The Natu enjoyed himself being up high.

Suddenly though an Earthquake started and the Ruins started to cave in. Natu got scared and shuddered as Phil grabbed hold of it not willing to let go. Then a Rock fell down and hit phil and pushed him over, then another rock landed on his Leg. As Phil could not move, he reached out to try and protect the natu. Natu flew up to Phil and Sat on his back and closed his eyes. Phil felt the room changing and then closed his eyes. As he opened his eyes, He was outside of the Ruins back to the Research Centre. Suddenly Phils Foster Dad came out and Yelled for some help.

The next day, Phil was given the news he never wanted to hear. He would never be able to work at the Ruins anymore or could use his Leg to its full function. All this time the Natu he found wouldn't leave his side. Phil went into depression. the Ruins was his new life, having it taken from him, knocked him back. Months passed and it was his 16th Birthday. A Card came through the door in his Mothers Handwriting. He opened it and read what it said:

"Its been 10 years, and I want you to know that ill always love you, and that I am sorry for what I did. Please forgive me. Your father going missing, I could not bare looking after you. I want you to go to where your Father use to live, in Pallet Town. That is where you will meet Prof. Oak, Your father once talked about him alot. Go there and use the key. This is my last gift to you."

As Phil looked in the Envolope there was a key. His foster dad and Mum looked and nodded there head. His dad explained that he will get a Ticket for Vermilion City from Olivine City and that he will escort you to Pallet Town. His Foster Mum gave him a new suit and a Cane saying that he should never lose that cane as it was her dads. Phil smiled and looked at Natu. Natu was getting excited and started to Teleport around the house pecking random things to leave its marks.

As Phil looked at his foster parents, he started to cry and hugged them thanking them for what they done. There only words were "Don't thank us, we thank you for bringing joy into are lives." With that he was off to start his new Adventure in Pallet town.

Personality: Phil likes to think things through and confuse people he does not respect or not know with his words. Some people get muddled up when talking to him. Phil likes to keep to himself most times, but enjoys talking with people that facinate his intrests. Phil is never a loud person, but will become aggresive if anything happens to Natu. Though he has to use a Cane to walk, he is alot happier knowing there is a cane that he may need to use as a way to get through things that others cannot.
