History: Lowell is an only child, born into an upper-middle class family in Olivine City. His parents worked for the Johto branch of Hoenn's Devon Corporation, and kept a number of Pokemon at the house, including their prized Poliwhirl. Lowell aspires to be a famous Pokemon researcher, and so has caught a ride to Pallet Town to get his own Pokemon...
