Karasu finally arrives and approaches the front dest. He removes the pokeball on his belt and places in on the counter. "Could you heal this, please?" Karasu looks around the room and notices its nearly empty. He then remembers that he has been walking all day and it was nearly midnight! "I would also like to know how much one of your rooms cost." He sits down and removes his backpack. He opens one of the side pouches and removes the five antidotes and five pokeballs he was given by Prof. Oak. Noticing the nurse return with his pokemon, he quickly organized his items, places them back into his backpack, and stands up.

::Nurse joy sees you come in and greets you good evening and takes your pokemon to get it healed. As ou wait you notice that i would be to late to travel the rest of the night and they had ways of letting you sleep there for the time being. As you wait you decide, finally after about a half an hour to twenty minutes she comes back in about ten to twenty minutes with the single pokeball and your pokemon perfectly healed to full strength.::

"Thanks, I would like to know how much it would cost to rent one of your rooms." Karasu asked as he took the pokeball and reattached it to his treainer belt. Karasu then removed from his pocket a small pouch used for holding his pokedollars.

::She smiled and replied "Actually it is free here for we help trainers and it looks like you are in need of a place for the night. So.... Go ahead and lay on a few chairs and rest up!" She said as he looked at her.::

IC: "Oh, okay... thanks again." Karasu pulled together a few padded chairs, removed his trainer belt and backpack, and rested atop the cushions. He lay there thinking about the road ahead, what pokemon he would meet, and what challenges he would face... Without realizing he had slept, Karasu turned to look at the clock, which read 5:46 a.m. Karasu got up and took his backpack and equipment into one of the bathroom stalls, and changed into his morning clothes. He strode out of the Pokemon Center, noticing the fresh dew on the grass and a mist in the air, and down the gravel road towards Viridian Forest. He could see the sun rising on the distant horizon, and he remembered the strategy he had layed out during the night. Brock was a rock-type gym leader, so squirtle could handle most of that. Misty uses water-types, so in Pewter City, he should be looking for any old, run-down, abandoned house, where the pokemon Rotom are sure to hide. The third gym leader, Lt. Surge, uses electric-types, so he should look for a ground type, like Larvatar, in any cave with rich soil. By this point, he was at the edge of the forest, so he sent out Squirtle to help out, and maybe gain a level or two along the way. "Mornin', were headed into a forest, so be wary for any grass-types along the way, they could prove some trouble for you." Karasu, with Squirtle at his side, walked cautiously into Viridian Forest.
