Karasu walked into the Pokemon Center, took off his pokeballs and placed them on the front desk. "Could you heal these, please?" Karasu took out his PokeNav and looked up the Pewter City Gym. He then checked the closing times, just in case he might be too late He then looked up some of the most common rock-type pokemon and their general tactics/movesets. Even before the battle, he was creating a plan, but just in case of a change, he left room for improvise.

::Nurse Joy returned after just recieving someone else's pokemon who needed to be healed as well. She called the trainer's number to come and retrieve their newly healed pokemon as she notices that you had requested for yours to be healed as well. "Hi and welcome sure I'll heal your pokemon!" She said as she took your pokebals to go get healed as you wait there to see when the closing times where on your pokenav.::

Nurse Joy finally returned and Karasu took his pokeballs. Karasu was still searching on his PokeNav and finally found the opening and closing time for the Gym. It looked as though he still had about an hour left, so he thanked the nurse and exited the Pokemon Center, towards the Gym.
